Step 6: How do we know we’re making a difference?

During this workshop we will:

  • Introduce the tools for monitoring quality of delivery and measuring Key Performance Indicators relating to early prevention peer support and volunteering
  • Explore data tools for capturing parent and volunteer-centred outcomes
  • Introduce the Salesforce data system (evaluation database)

  • Evaluation tools

Step 7: Evaluating Implementation

Parents 1st has expertise in evaluating implementation. This approach reviews the implementation plan at a series of points during the delivery phase in conjunction with the local implementation team.

Support to:

  • Improve and adapt the implementation plan
  • Replicate and/or scale the initiative

  • Face to face or remote support as required
  • Recommendations
