During this workshop we will:
- Introduce the tools for monitoring quality of delivery and measuring Key Performance Indicators relating to early prevention peer support and volunteering
- Explore data tools for capturing parent and volunteer-centred outcomes
- Introduce the Salesforce data system (evaluation database)

Step 7: Evaluating Implementation
Parents 1st has expertise in evaluating implementation. This approach reviews the implementation plan at a series of points during the delivery phase in conjunction with the local implementation team.
Support to:
- Improve and adapt the implementation plan
- Replicate and/or scale the initiative
